CDF Document Updates
The downloads below will install the most current CDF-compliant documents for use with CDF files. The documents included in this release are ALTA Settlement Statements (Combined, Buyer, Seller, and Cash), CO Settlement Statements (Buyer and Seller), File Balance Sheet, Settlement Statements (Master, Buyer and Seller), T-64 Texas Disclosure (Enterprise & Standard only; Select users should contact support for T-64 updates), and Closing Disclosure Forms. In addition, all other SoftPro Default Documents have been updated to be compatible with CDF files, when applicable.
